Integrated invoicing : MDware – Maximiliaan
- With MDware, you can create an invoice or credit note from Lightspeed with a single click and print or email it to the customer. This is much faster than manual invoicing and saves you a lot of time in your administration. You your website’s homepage can also store subsequent payments and (partial) packing slips there. No more need for separate programs and no more overtyping. MDware is also working hard on the transition from MDware – Maximiliaan invoicing to accounting and will soon launch a new, more comprehensive integration with accounting software.

- With MDware Loyalty, you get a traditional loyalty system. You make a sale in Lightspeed, add a customer, and they can save a certain percentage on their next purchase. For example, €5 (5%) on a €100 purchase, simply activated in Lightspeed with MDware and fully automatic. Credit accumulation works in-store and online.
- Gift Cards and More : How can you aero leads add value to a purchase to encourage repeat customers? Print the loyalty amount to spend on the next visit at the bottom of the receipt. Voice functionality on the website will soon follow. MDware also has useful tools for Lightspeed, such as a gift certificate generator, to generate unique barcodes for your gift certificates.
