I come from the insurance world, but with a somewhat hybrid background: both academic and hands-on. I worked in large groups, which allowed me to build real professional legitimacy. Today, I have set up my own firm with the ambition of combining this institutional rigor with a more modern and human approach. My goal is to create a structure that combines industry expertise with concrete and useful digital tools.
You are currently completing the DAS in Strategic & Digital Marketing. What motivated you to join this program?
We’re in the midst of developing our digital ecosystem: CRM, mobile apps, australia email list management tools, etc. It was important for me not to approach things blindly. I wanted to understand the logic behind marketing to better position our products, anticipate needs, and give meaning to what we create.
Your insurance firm recently created a buzz with videos totaling over 800,000 views on TikTok. Can you tell us more about this great achievement?
It started with a module on social media in the training. We discussed ,in our offer you will find highest quality which remains relatively underinvested in by companies. I thought, “Why not?” The idea wasn’t to sell, but to offer educational content, to explain situations I encounter every day in my office. Above all, I wanted people to see Assure SA as a reliable voice, not as a company pushing sales.

Where did the idea to launch your practice on come from?
Honestly, I launched this without a script, in “live” mode, with just a background in the Assure SA colors. I took concrete subjects, hassles that people encounter: double affiliation, cancellation, unsolicited calls… These are situations taiwan lists that everyone experiences, but that few people really understand.
